Charles E. Allison | Charles E. Allison was born in 1847. He entered the Civil War on January 23, 1865 and served as a private in D Company, 40th NJ Volunteer Infantry of the Union Army, for which he earned a $685 bounty from Delanco. His residence before and after the war is unclear.
